First, we have Ernesto de la Cruz, the famous Mexican singer and musician that Miguel looks up to, before discovering his more sinister side. The white base colour ensures that the lines are all sharp, and vivid, bringing to life his Day of the Dead skeletal form in stunning fashion. Overall, it’s a really great and unique minifigure, and I can imagine that the double-arms will be a nice little addition for those that collect minifigures, and want to add a really interesting arm option into their collection. It’s really tiny, but you can see the circular outline of where the nose is attached if you look really closely.

I never particularly liked Fantasia as a movie, but I did enjoy the sorcerer clip this character hails from.

LEGO have given Baymax some larger arms, which does make it look like he has a balloon-like silhouette, but his body is just a bit too narrow and flat for the full effect. I highly doubt that we’ll get all 101 Dalmatian variants, but Patch is one of the most well known Dalmatians, thanks to the black spot around his eye and is just the cutest, with spots across the sides of his body. While it’s not the most detailed minifigure, I appreciate the historical significance of Oswald to Disney’s history, so it makes for a really cool character to include in this series, as it would be very hard to find a home for otherwise.

Mickey Mouse as the Sorcerer’s Apprentice is my favorite role that the Mouse has starred in his long career. LEGO, the LEGO logo, the Minifigure, and the Brick and Knob configurations are trademarks of the LEGO Group of Companies.

Part of me wishes this minifig came with Percy though… I suppose Meeko would make more sense, but I was always a Percy fan. Like Ernesto, LEGO have done a great job with Miguel and it’s really great to see Coco being highlighted in this series, as I think it’s one of the more underrated Pixar movies. She is easily confused with other characters since the easiest piece to find in the blind bag is the large dress element.

How to find one: Ernesto’s large sombrero will be easy to feel for with the wide brim, but you can also feel for the guitar which has a distinct shape, and easy to feel for thin neck. Incredible, Syndrome, Peter Pan, Captain Hook, Ariel, Ursula, Aladdin, Genie, Alice, Cheshire Cat, Maleficent and Stitch. And to finish the Disney 100 series off, we have the original Disney Princess villain, the Evil Queen from Snow White. This is such an expressive face, and I can see many minifigure photographers, or customisers making great use of this face. Inspired by movies, sports, history and everyday life, this collection includes: Tennis Player, Hula Dancer, Space Alien, Samurai Warrior, Sumo Wrestler, Rapper, Fisherman, Tribal Chief, Snowboarder, Elf, Race Car Driver, Pilot, Baseball Player, Mummy, Space Villain, Gorilla Suit Guy.The colours and Baymax’s head make it obvious that it is Baymax, but the silhouette just doesn’t translate especially well to the LEGO minifigure form, which is a shame as Baymax has been one of Disney’s better new characters from the 2000s era. I am a Disney Villains fan, so I was most excited for the sixth Disney Villains included in this series: Dr. It was an update to WordPress that began a while ago, and I’ll have to see if I can find a way to disable it without breaking the site!
